1. Are your products Genuine or Authentic?

Yes. All items in are 100% Original, authentic name brands. We do not sell counterfeit or imitations. We sell exactly the same designer's fragrance that you find in the retail perfume shop at the department stores.

3. I don't have a Paypal account, can I pay with credit card?

Yes! If you don't have Paypal, you can still pay with your credit card. Please refer to Payment.

4. How long is your delivery?

We are using WorldWide Premium Shipping to fulfill customers order. More at Delivery Info. Parcels are ship via FedEx, UPS, TNT, or DHL. Costs for the shipping option are calculate at checkout. Arriving time is between 7-14 business days, after shipment created and tracking number is send out via email. 

5. Can I track my order?

Yes. We will supply a tracking number for every order that has been shipped. You will receive an email from us once your shipment has been created and shipped. Orders are shipped, on average, within 12-24 hours(on working days) from the time that the order is placed. Therefore, your order should be received within 7-14 business days from the time that you place your order.


6. I still have not receive my perfume, what is happening?

Once an order has been shipped and there is a delivery confirmation, is not responsible for any theft of product or delivery to the wrong address. If you issues a complaint that did not receive your product despite delivery confirmation, we cannot credit your account. We will pursue a claim with UPS/DHL, that UPS/DHL didn't deliver the product to the correct person or that they left the product in a susceptible area. If funds are returned to us from UPS/DHL, we will credit back to your account. Successful claims can take anywhere from 1 week to 6 months. However, there is no guarantee that UPS/DHL will accept our claim. If we determines that there was in fact product missing from the package, we will credit your account immediately. 

7. Can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please send an email to within 12 hours of placing your order. If your order has already been processed with a tracking number, then your order cannot be cancelled.

8. Return

Your may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping. We cannot accept items for return that have been opened, used or exchanged. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error. Once we receive a return from you (with all of the proper information), we will credit your account and notify you.

9. Damaged Product Claims

Each package and their contents are triple-checked for quality control and packed to ensure that they arrive safely. If a customer claims that one of the products is damaged, we may file a claim with our suppliers to investigate the situation. The claim form is below:

After receiving the claim,, in most circumstances, will request that the damaged product be shipped back to its warehouse for inspection. After inspection, we will pursue a claim with UPS/DHL that UPS/DHL didn't deliver the product in a safe manner. If funds are returned to us from UPS/DHL, we will credit your account for the product. Successful claims can take anywhere from 1 week to 6 months. However, there is no guarantee that UPS/DHL will accept our claim. 

10. Out of Stock Items

If an item is not in stock, it will be indicated in our store and not available for purchase. If a specific order cannot be completed in full. You will be notified via email for any item that is out of stock and a credit will be issued to your account/credit card.

12. Do you sell internationally? 

Yes, we ship to Asia Region countries. Please use our shipping calculator to see if we ship to your country. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a package reaches your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what the costs may be. Customs policies vary from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. 

13. Do you do wholesale?
